How you accept

By ticking the box on the submission page and submitting, you confirm that you have read and accept the current version of these terms. When the terms change, you must accept them again before you can submit.

Originality

You guarantee that your submission is your own creation, uses no one else's illustrations, photos, characters, trademarks or copyrighted fonts, and does not infringe any third party's rights.

If KachaBooth faces a claim or suffers damage because your submission infringes someone's rights, you agree to handle the claim and compensate KachaBooth.

Scope of the license

You agree that KachaBooth may publicly display, distribute and modify your submission (for example, resizing it or generating preview images), including on pages that carry advertising.

The license is worldwide. It covers the time the frame is published, and after it is taken down, users who already downloaded it may keep using it.

You keep the copyright in your work.

No revenue share

Frames are free on the website and in the app. The use of your submission involves no revenue share, payment or fee. What you get is credit, a portfolio page and exposure.

Review and publishing

Every submission is reviewed by a person against the published review guidelines, which takes about 5–7 business days. KachaBooth decides whether to accept a frame and when to publish or take it down.

Every change to a creator profile (display name, bio, link) is reviewed again; until it is approved, the public page shows the last approved version.

Three strikes

A submission rejected for infringement counts as one strike. After three strikes, the creator account is permanently banned: it can no longer submit, and its portfolio page and published submissions are taken down.

Users who already downloaded them are not affected.

Reporting infringement

If you believe a published frame infringes your rights, write to the contact address at the bottom of the page with the frame's URL and a description of your rights, and we will deal with it as soon as we can.
